In 2022 for 12 months, I embarked on a solo sea kayaking journey around the stunning shores of Scotland. From the rugged cliffs of the Isle of Skye to the serene bays of the Outer Hebrides, I've experienced the breathtaking wildness of this land like never before.<\/p>
My love for nature and adventure has always been an integral part of who I am. I find solace and rejuvenation in the great outdoors, surrounded by the sheer magnitude of the elements and the intricate balance of life in the wild. Nature has been my therapist, my sanctuary, and my muse.<\/p>
Yet, life hasn't always been smooth sailing. I've grappled with clinical depression, just like many of us may have at some point in our lives.
